Hi, I’m Aubrey Bartmann—someone who believes that the way we speak to ourselves is foundational to who we are and everything we hope to become. I am working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication, and since 2018, I’ve been passionate about advocating for healthier dialogue.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. I’ve experienced the weight of negative self-talk and the lasting impact of verbal bullying, and I know how powerful—and damaging—our words can be. That journey is what led me to create and advocate for Chatter Matters, a message centered around the idea that our inner and outer voice shapes our confidence, our choices, and ultimately our future!

As a pageant girl turned advocate, I’ve learned that confidence isn’t just about how you present yourself to the world—it starts with how you speak to yourself when no one else is listening. Through journaling, reflection, and intentional communication, I aim to help others build a more compassionate and empowering inner voice.

When I’m not working on Chatter Matters, you can probably find me on a long walk on my family's farm, enjoying time with loved ones, or choosing to see life through a positive and growth-focused perspective. I truly believe that small shifts in our inner dialogue can lead to big changes in how we live our lives!
